Closing Conference Angel
You'll assist the conference closing with tasks like functioning as link between opening and IT head quarter, uploading presentations etc.
Dismantling Angel
You'll for example help us take down posters, put away tables and poster stands on the last day of the conference.
Infopoint Angel
You'll assist us at the infopoint by giving attendees information, helping them when something is wrong with their registration, handling out flyers...Don't worry - there will be at least one of us from the orga team there with you most of the time!
IT Angel
Helping the IT crew to sort the presentation into the right folders. Help in the rooms if technical problems appears.

Keynote Angel
You'll assist the keynote with tasks like functioning as link between opening and IT head quarter, uploading presentations etc.
Moritzbastei Angel
You'll be at the entrance of the dinner and/or party at Moritzbastei. You'll check attendees in.
Opening Conference Angel
You'll assist the conference opening with tasks like functioning as link between opening and IT head quarter, uploading presentations etc.
Registration Angel
You'll hand out name badges to the conference attendees. Some of you will hand out Lerchen, a typical baked good from Leipzig.
Session Angel
You'll assist the session chair with tasks like handing out the microphone, functioning as link between chair and IT head quarter, uploading presentations.
Set Up Angel
You'll help us set up tables, poster stands, signs etc.
Symposium Angel
You'll assist the symposium chair with tasks like handing out the microphone, functioning as link between chair and IT head quarter, uploading presentations.
